After receiving the product, it will be thoroughly tested by our team.
If the problem can be determined by SIM Concept, the product will be repaired or refunded. If we are unable to solve the problem, it is possible that the costs resulting from shipping the product for repair are invoiced.
Due to their nature, custom made products do not benefit from the right of return.
